FOR YOUR SPRAY TAN EQUIPMENT

If in the unfortunate circumstance your spray tan machine or equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, and is covered by our guarantee it will be repaired or replaced at no cost (excluding shipping &/or maintenance related costs – such as replacing filters).

If the repair or replacement is found not to be covered under your warranty, the repair or replacement and any associated work will require your approval & prepayment prior to any works being completed. Our comprehensive warranty are subject to your statutory rights and remedies as a consumer.

Please Note: Shipping, maintenance or return expenses are not covered.

Our 12 Month Warranty Guarantee* covers your spray tan machines and equipment (parts only) against manufacturing defects for one year from the date your purchased your product. Our Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. If our warranty or consumer law doesn’t cover your repair, you’ll pay out-of-warranty fees. Register your machine here in the event you need to make a claim.
